TJP-Finder Support

1	Type the desired category/service/activity/key-word… directly into the Text Input Field and select the option you need at this moment in time by clicking on the drop-down List that will appear automatically below.
2	Enter the address where you want to receive the service/assistance/help… or click on “Locate my position” to allow us to locate you via GPS or via WiFi network.
3	If you so wish, you can modify the maximum radius regarding your current location to conduct the desired search. In this way, you will select all the personnel who are at a distance equal to or less than the chosen distance.
4	Click on “Find my JIT-Pro!” or press Enter.
5	Immediately, TJP-Finder will show you the following information: A List and a Map with the current position of all the people who match your requirements in a perfect way. The List is ordered by proximity and professionals’ real-time availability. If the professional does not have immediate availability, you will see a message indicating that the professional will be available again in the next X minutes. You can see each complete Profile by clicking on the name or clicking on the “+” icon. On the cell version, you can call the professionals listed by clicking on the “Call” button. On the desktop version, you have at your disposal a QR Code that automatically starts the phone call.
